We’re a small, family-owned practice founded by Preston and Jami Cooper, proud to serve our East Texas community with compassionate, expert care.

At Aspire, we specialize in pelvic health physical therapy — supporting women through every stage of life, including pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Whether you're dealing with pelvic pain, incontinence, or recovery after childbirth, we’re here to help you feel confident, strong, and supported.

You’ll always work one-on-one with a specialized pelvic floor physical therapist, and each session is a full hour tailored specifically to your needs. That means no rushed appointments and no cookie-cutter treatments — just focused, thoughtful care designed around you.

Meet Dr. Jami Cooper, PT, DPT
Dr. Jami is passionate about providing exceptional, personalized care to the Lufkin area and surrounding East Texas communities. After earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from UTMB in Galveston, she began working in outpatient clinics where she treated a wide range of conditions — but quickly found her calling in pelvic health physical therapy.​
Dr. Jami has completed extensive post-doctoral training to specialize in pelvic floor rehabilitation, helping people with concerns like pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, constipation, back pain, pelvic organ prolapse, and increased urinary urgency or frequency. She is especially passionate about supporting women during pregnancy and postpartum, offering care that includes labor and birth preparation, recovery after childbirth, and long-term pelvic health.
​​​​​​A proud graduate of Huntington High School and Stephen F. Austin State University, Jami now lives in Zavalla with her husband and their two children. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and being an active part of the community she loves to serve.

Ayla is our wonderful client care coordinator at Aspire Physical Therapy and Wellness. She’s the sweet voice you hear when you call — your go-to for scheduling and all things front office. Ayla makes sure your experience is smooth, welcoming, and stress-free from the very first step. She is a devoted wife, mom and proud East Texan with a genuine passion for helping others.
