Discovery Consult
A discovery consult is a free 20 min appointment with our physical therapist where you can ask questions and discuss potential treatment options for your specific needs. Our therapist can also discuss what the initial evaluation and treatment sessions will include.
Evaluations
An evaluation will be a full 1 hour one-on-one session with our physical therapist where you discuss your needs and goals from your therapy sessions. Our therapist will explain any examinations and tests necessary to discover the source of your symptoms. The therapist will review all findings from the evaluation with you and together you will decide the treatment options that are best suited for you.

Follow-Up Sessions
Each follow-up session is a full 1 hour one-on-one visit with our physical therapist where we continue to work towards your goals and addressing the source of any symptoms, Each session is individually tailored to your needs and goals and will be adjusted as needed based on your symptoms and progress.
