Are you detail-oriented, passionate about women’s health, and excited to grow with a purpose-driven small business? Join us at Aspire Physical Therapy and Wellness, where we support women through pregnancy, postpartum, pelvic health, and beyond.

This role is for you if:

• You’re comfortable with sales and love helping people say “yes” to services that will transform their lives.

• You’re detail-obsessed, organized, and a natural problem-solver.

• You bring a growth mindset—personally and professionally.

• You’re eager to join a growing team and can start at 20–25 hours per week (with potential to grow to full-time as we grow together).

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the warm, professional first point of contact for clients (via phone and email).

• Educate potential clients on our services and help them feel confident booking.

• Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and general client communication.

• Keep the clinic clean, organized, and running smoothly.

• Support marketing efforts (social media, email campaigns, community events).

• Track leads and conversions, and help maintain an exceptional client experience.

 

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, admin, or front desk roles is a plus.

• Friendly, clear communicator with strong multitasking skills.

• A self-starter who’s comfortable learning new tools (Google Docs, EMR systems, Canva).

• Able to adapt and thrive in a people-centered, purpose-driven environment.

 

Details:

• Pay: $13–$15/hour (based on experience) with opportunities for growth

• Location: In-person in Lufkin, TX

• Hours: Part-time (20–25 hours/week), with potential to grow to full-time
